Company Status

This page is a small glimpse into my journey and what's possible over the years from a financial standpoint.  I'll list brief metrics so that everyone can follow along with my progress.  Over time there may be multiple entities, but this is the overall picture.

Units refer to rental units.  For example, a single family home is 1 unit and a 12-unit apartment complex would be 12 units.  The yearly cash flow is a best case number (it's never the reality).  It assume all units are rented and there are no unexpected expenses.  For privacy reasons I chose not to post any actuals.  It is what you would call a Pro Forma number.
