Hello,
My name is Justin and I've started this blog detailing my real estate career from the start. I've decided to take control of my income and through everything I've read and researched, I've never found any resource like this on the web that detailed an average person's journey into and through the world of real estate. So I decided to start one not just in the hopes that I can give people hope that buying and selling real estate is a real possibility, but to chronicle the journey for myself as well. I have a day job, a family, and would fall into what is commonly referred to as the "99%". This is my journey to reach the 1%. My hope is that we can all draw off each other and take the journey together. For a more detailed "about me" please see my first post and the few posts after it for a complete picture if you are still interested.
A small disclaimer: You will see Google ads on this page and links to sites where you can purchase items that have aided me in my journey. Right now that's pretty much just links to books on Amazon that I've read that I recommend. If you enjoy what you find here and you are going to buy anything I've discussed anyway, please do so using my links if you can. If you don't, no problem, I won't be offended. One thing I can guarantee is that I won't push you to buy anything. This blog is here to be a free resource. It doesn't cost me anything but time to run it, so you'll never see me ask for donations or anything like that. I only let you know what I've purchased along the way in case you want to do so as well. I do create my own tools from time to time that are based on my experience that I do sell on eBay. And anything I recommend, I do so because I believe in it and it has aided me on my journey so far. All of the content on this site is free. So if you aren't interested just ignore all that stuff and enjoy the blog.
